This place has been amazing! They have taken such great care of my mother the last few years all the way until the end. Every time that I am there visiting all of the staff have been very attentive, kind and caring to all the people that are living there. I could have not done a better job myself and I owe them a huge debt. Keep up the amazing work that you do!!!!

Mom has the best assisted living care at Bickford of Middletown. Bickford has the best activities and events each month. Just last month was Mother's Day Brunch prepared by in house Chef Marisa and her culinary staff. The presentation and food was absolutely wonderful for the residents and their families. This month is a Father's Day Cookout ! Can't wait ! The entire staff (administration, nursing, aides, culinary team and staff) is so professional, friendly and thoughtful with each resident. We are so blessed to have Mom loved by a team of talented caregivers who truly have a mission to deliver a higher path for seniors. Bickford of Middletown is the BEST !!! We Thank Bickford for ALL they do !

My mom has been living at Bickford of Middletown for five years, and we have been very happy with her care. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff are caring and hardworking. Cindy Depew, the activities director, is one of the most energetic, caring and creative people I have ever known. She is always looking for ways to keep residents engaged and happy. Cindy in particular has been a consistent, caring presence who goes out of her way to help - even if the need is outside the scope of her normally assigned duties.
