Everyone is always so nice and helpful here. I love the work environment which is hard to find! Can really tell everyone cares so much for the residents. We are all like family here. Also the food is to die for. I always get so hungry seeing what everyone is eating

My step-dad was at The Bickford of Lincoln for 6 months and I had to get him out of there because of the lack of care. Whenever I would go there to see him, there were no staff members to be found and his room always smelled because the trash wasn't emptied each time after toileting. You also have to supply everything which I didn't have to do at Havelock Manor. Much better care there, too!

Definitely a place to bring mom & pop! The staff and caregivers are so welcoming and caring! They really treat you like family here. Plus it is a pet friendly facility
