I worked with the good folks at Bickford for over a year to place our mom in their care. Although, our mother's health did not allow her much time at Bickford, they were kind, compassionate, prompt, professional, and went out of their way to make the transition for our mom. We dealt mostly with Darribe who was the best. I have been in business for years, and she was AMAZING throughout the process. I haven't seen that type of service in years! Job Well Done. Thanks!

From the door opening with a smile, I loved this location. I have toured 2 families here, both of which chose to move their family members in. Darrbie (sales) was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. I really feel confident when I bring a potential resident to this location.

Bickford of Ames is great! Not only are they caring but they truly go above and beyond for their residents, families and staff. I miss being at Bickford every day but I am still able to share how great they are and refer my clients to them. Sunrise Dementia Consulting loves working with the Ames Branch!

Bickford has such an amazing family advocate worker! Place is clean and such a beautiful environment with the best community outreach days! Would definitely consider this place for anyone in mu family for the future.
