Benchmark at Billerica Crossing is amazing. My mom needed assisted living/memory care and i looked at places nearby. I have friends that have had their parents there and heard great things. My high expectations were surpassed. I reached out and was contacted promptly by Sarah Boulos, Director of Community Relations. She is great and toured the entire facility and explained every detail thoroughly. The facility has recently been renovated and is absolutely beautiful. From the main lobby to the dining area, it is gorgeous. I spoke to Sarah several times and she made moving my mom there as easy as could be. Michelle Ellis, Executive Director walked me through the paperwork and all the associated details. After move in they both came to my Mom's room to welcome her to her new home. Every staff member was polite, helpful and welcoming. I'm sure I'm leaving few out and sure there are more that we didn't have the change to interact with yet, but we had the pleasure of dealing with Ada and Nancy at the front desk, Ed who helped with my mom's care and assessment, Joe who helped maintenance, Jennifer the care nurse, all the nurses and assistants and Miguel was great too. If your loved one is in need of assisted living/memory care, you owe it to yourself to visit this beautiful facility and amazing staff.

We brought my sister in law to Billerica Crossing recently. The place is amazing, Michelle the director is the most kind and welcoming person. Can’t say enough about Joe the maintenance director, the rest of the staff is great and helpful, the dining room looks like a beautiful restaurant, the chef introduced himself to my sister in law. The residents are also friendly as well, there is a lot of entertainment for them. The place is spotless clean, I just can’t say enough about Billerica Crossing… Amazing. Thank you everybody!! Keep up the good work.

The staff at Billerica Crossings are very kind and treat my 70-year old Mom with respect and dignity. We are confident that our Mom is safe here and the staff are responsive to medical issues that have arisen since she moved in a year ago. We hope there may be more fitness/off campus options for activities and community engagement in the future.

My Father-in-law was a 98 year old WWII Navy veteran. We wanted him to live in a place where he would be treated with the care and respect he earned. At Benchmark at Billerica Crossing we found the perfect place. The facility itself was intimate and clean with a beautiful dining room for the residents and a patio outside for cookouts. They held events every day for the residents to keep them happy and busy. The employees from nurses to the cleaning staff, waitresses to maintenance we're all helpful and friendly. All of this comes from the top down starting with Michelle who keeps a close eye on everything that happens at benchmark. She is completely connected with staff and residents. I have to give a shout out to Ellen at the front desk who would often have my Father -in-law come up to the reception area to talk to him if he was just sitting in his room. They became friends. I highly recommend Benchmark for anyone who has a loved one that they really care for. Stephen J. Russo
