Assisted Living
A living option for seniors or individuals who require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, or medication management while maintaining a level of independence. Assisted living facilities offer personalized care plans and social activities that promote quality of life for their residents.
Independent Living
Designed to help older adults who want to maintain an active and independent lifestyle, these communities offer services and amenities that cater to residents’ needs, while encouraging a sense of community and freedom from the responsibilities of owning a home.
Memory Care
Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.
Respite Care
Respite care is short-term or temporary care. Respite care can be provided in adult day centers, in private homes via home health agencies and in senior living communities, most often assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing and nursing homes are residential facilities that offer medical care and support for individuals that require a higher level of medical attention and assistance. These are staffed by licensed healthcare providers and offer a range of services to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents.

The people at Bear Creek senior living are fantastic. My mom feels welcome and safe. All of the employees from the dining room to the floors, have treated her with respect and kindness. Five years after my father passed away she’s finally happy and Comfortable. I’m Comfortable with her being there and well cared for.

I'm a delivery driver for Walmart and Sam's Club. I arrived at this facility today between 2:15-2:45pm to drop off a delivery. The customer had specific notes to deliver the items directly to her parents. I walked into the facility searching for an elevator and a woman with short blonde hair asked if I needed assistance. I informed her that I was dropping off an order. She asked for the name and I pulled out my phone and gave her the requested information. She then told me to leave the items with her at the desk but I kindly told her that the customer asked me to specifically deliver the items to her parents room. I was denied again and was told to leave the items at the desk. She was completely rude so I put the items on the desk, snapped a picture to upload for my job and customer and left the building. I didn't take it personal at first because I thought it was some kind of policy. As soon as I got into my vehicle, I contacted the customer to let her know that I was rejected from doing my job and that I left the items at the front desk with the rude woman. The customer called me immediately to confirm what happened and she said that has NEVER happened before. As soon as she said that, I was shocked. I am a person of color and I did not want to assume that was the reason for this lady to be so unkind but unfortunately that was the reason. The customer asked if I was talking to a short hair blonde woman and I said yes. She apologized to me and said she will file a complaint with that woman's boss. I'm extremely upset about this matter and will be returning to file a complaint for discrimination. I have already informed my job of the matter and they are in the process of filing a complaint as well. Why would you want someone like this to work for your company? Unbelievable.

My father was only in this facility in the “skilled nursing wing” for 11 days. While he was there, after leaving written details of putting in his dentures before they fed him, they not only did “not” put them in, they also lost the top dentures, left him with food tray in front of him when he can’t feed himself. When my sister checked on him he was covered in crumbs and syrup. He was super thirsty each time my sister came to check on him! We left his shaver in bathroom, he had a private room, and two of the electric shaver blades were missing. Within those 11 days, the oxygen concentrator was not working. They had 3 concentrators in the room and the one he was using the long tubbing was in a big tangled ball near his bed. The morning of the 10th day he was there, I received a call on voicemail saying he was found on the floor, on his side, when they were making there rounds in the morning. He was laying in his own puddle of urine. They had “NO” idea how long he was laying there! Before getting here, he has not been able to lift himself up for 6 months! He has been in bed for 6 months and has to be changed often for his restroom needs. Since he can not lift himself up from bed, we have no idea how he fell out, considering I made sure they put in a scooped up mattress for safety! They said he didn’t hurt himself and that he had been checked out! Within a day or two of being back home his entire back was bruised and he was in much pain! He is a 99 year old WWII veteran that was a medic in the Iwo Jima. He is the most kind-hearted, considerate, polite, respectful, appreciative, patient man that is loved by many! Yet, these so called “skilled” nurses, CNA’s couldn’t do their job! I absolutely would “not” refer anyone to this facility!

My Mother in law moved in to Bear Creak senior living center back in 2023. The staff and facility were so amazing taking care of her. She passed away this past January and the staff were so wonderful with everything. This is definitely a wonderful facility.
