I'd like to thank the staff and nurses they were wonderful with my sister always helping with whatever we needed, thankfully she's home with me now but would not hesitate to use this facility again. Very clean and always friendly. Thank You!

I have been in and out of Azalea Gardens for the past couple of years and have always had a great experience. I have always witnessed the staff going above and beyond for their residents. They keep the residents clean and well presentable. I’m unsure of the new director but the girl who was running it for a couple months always went above and beyond. I can’t seem to remember her name but she worked as a med tech and worked her way up to sitting in the director position. She was the highlight of Azalea Gardens her and the current nurse Michelle made an amazing leader group they worked well together always. Everytime I was there I witnessed her interacting with the residents and staff and making sure they are all in a GREAT mood. I seen her working every position in the facility when it was needed, I wish she would come back and help brighten the atmosphere again. I just wish the positive atmosphere that the previous director created would return, just doesn’t seem as positive when I come in anymore. Michelle the nurse is AMAZING.

I want to say thank you to Kala, Ben and Ashley for going above and beyond to make my husband feel welcome and cared for in his new home away from home. I appreciate what you have done for him and me. Thank you.

This is not a memory facility my mom was in there due to Alzheimer’s and they did nothing to help her. Everyone knows in the later stages they forget how to feed their self, they did nothing to help her. And that’s just one of the problems. Her room was always dirty until you called and complained. Again this is NOT a memory facility
