Care

Assisted Living

A living option for seniors or individuals who require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, or medication management while maintaining a level of independence. Assisted living facilities offer personalized care plans and social activities that promote quality of life for their residents.

Independent Living

Designed to help older adults who want to maintain an active and independent lifestyle, these communities offer services and amenities that cater to residents’ needs, while encouraging a sense of community and freedom from the responsibilities of owning a home.

Memory Care

Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.

Active Adult

Active adult communities are vibrant residential neighborhoods designed specifically for individuals typically 55 and older. These communities offer a range of amenities, as well as recreational and social activities.

Respite Care

Respite care is short-term or temporary care. Respite care can be provided in adult day centers, in private homes via home health agencies and in senior living communities, most often assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.

Personal Care

Personal care involves assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and mobility support to help maintain independence and enhance day-to-day life.

Care Homes

Care homes provide a residential environment offering around-the-clock assistance with personal care, daily activities, and medical needs. They offer a safe and supportive setting with a trained team to ensure resident well-being and encourage engagement through various activities.

Neighborhood

Pulling from a variety of reliable data sources, Walk Score® measures the walkability of any address, helping you understand how easy it is to live a car-free lifestyle. Transit Score®, when available, measures how well a location is served by public transit. Scores range from 0 to 100, with higher scores indicating more amenities within walking distance and diverse transit options nearby.

My mother lives at Autumn Glen and we have been SO pleased with the care she receives here. The staff are very kind and considerate. Mom started in assisted living and had to transition to memory care. They have daily activities that she enjoys and keep her engaged with others. Many employees have gone above and beyond when it comes to mom’s care. They have really taken the time to get to know her and have been wonderful to her. I have been well-informed about mom’s health and any status changes. My family is very grateful to Autumn Glen for how our mother has been cared for!!

My mom lived here for 3 years and loved it. Lots of activities and they even provided snacks. She received great care during her time here. Miss her everyday

The building looks nice and facilities appear clean. However the business practices by the management company are sketchy. I would be happy to share if you contact me. I chose this place based on programs and management practices 5 years ago. If I had to choose today, I would look elsewhere. Staff turnover is horrendous. A key signal to the quality of the place. The Goodman Group is all about scaling back and running people’s finances into the ground. It should be about value for residents. I can share examples if you contact me. UPDATE: Happy holidays notices go out along with a letter announcing an 8% increase in rent. This is the second increase in a year. Seniors are only getting a 3% increase in their social security benefits. The Goodman Group is finding ways to take as much as they can from the residents. It is time for the legislature to create a commission for increasing costs to seniors.
