I will never ever recommend to anyone to put your loved one at this place. This place is so noisy from highway, inside very dark, gloomy dusty and a lot of bugs. This place not even have license for nurse to check residents blood pressure. This place no service at all, even though you pay for extra service with deferent levels. They just the way they’re charged to residents just to get extra money without service. I show so many residents crying for help, no one cared. They know, most of residents here not their choice to be here, because of their families put them here and their families don’t know how bad they treat them. Specially the vice president “Tara Kolahigar” she just care about payments. She doesn’t care about service. Food just okay, every Saturday no cook food, just icy cold cane food.

I was so happy to have found Atria Riverdale for my mother. What struck me immediately was the longevity of so many staff members, the wide range of activities, and the healthy and appealing food. My mom has only been there for six weeks, but she has leaned in to the community and benefited in numerous ways. Grateful.

I spent exactly 7 miserable weeks at this Senior Residence before the pandemic. It was a Private Business interested in profit, not people. It was allegedly Kosher at the time, yet I ordered out for healthy, edible meals. I lost over $8,000+ and my dignity. I was an intelligent, independent woman. I was treated by the staff, especially at the front desk, as a moron and liar. Every day. Independent people should avoid high-rise senior buildings. Atria was fortunate that I chose not to sue the owner for a total refund plus damages.

I had the pleasure of taking the tour of Atria. I am totally impressed with the facility. The staff was engaging, informative and sensitive. What mire could you ask for.
