We had a week to find an Assisted Living setting for our mother who was soon to be discharged from an in-house rehab place. Stacee went above and beyond presenting all that Atria had to offer. When we first met, the first thing Stacee asked was "tell me about your mom". The other places we looked at did not start there. We left feeling very comfortable with Atria as a strong option in terms of care quality, in-facility PT available, and a very warm vibe from staff and residents. As we toured a couple more places, Stacee got things rolling on the "paperwork" side to make for a smooth transition in case we chose Atria (and even though we were still looking at other places). In the end, we chose a different place for cost and location reasons, but Atria still left a STRONG impression on us. We will be keeping Atria on our radar if we need to make a change down the road.

I highly recommend Atria for your loved ones with memory care needs. Their client to staff ratio, attention to detail and outstanding care is terrific. In 20 years in the senior care space, I have never seen more staff involvement with residents than when I’ve spent time at Atria.

A few nice staff, but grossly, terribly understaffed. It took two hours to get a meal up on memory care the other day when visiting—and this is not the first time. Admin can hardly wait to move people into memory care and add on more expenses. Keep in mind that Atria is a "for profit" facility, and cutting back on hiring, cleaning, training, food, etc is part of how profit is maximized.

When we toured Atria, we were impressed by how many residents were engaged in activities. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and it is clear that they develop a deep understanding of each individual's needs. Looks like a wonderful place to live.
