I would give this place 10 stars if I could! We went through a difficult time after my father in law passed and my mother in law had a serious fall. Everyone was extremely compassionate, patient, and helpful with our situation and helping my mother in law. Gina and Kevin were especially incredible, Gina even took the time to talk to me late on a Saturday night and answered all of our questions. The place and surrounding area are beautiful, you can tell all of the residents are happy, and the food gets amazing reviews! I especially love all of the activities they have and their focus on helping people be as independent as possible which is exactly what we were looking for for my MIL. Thank you to everyone at atria Marina place, they have given us such peace of mind for my MIL.

THIS PLACE IS CONTAMINATED WITH BED BUGS. If that doesn't scare you away, the aides ASSAULT the residents and LIE about it. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT NEAR THIS ESTABLISHMENT. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY, DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES AROUND THIS PLACE OF TERROR. I never expected a place dedicated to nurturing senior citizens could be so terrible. They are RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, and DISMISSIVE to their residents. Residents here DO NOT FEEL SAFE OR LOVED. The food is disgusting and they do not prioritize the wellbeing of the residents, especially clients sufferings from diseases. The staff do not pay attention to the residents' health and never know if they ate meals or if they are safe in their room. They are careless and let other residents be irresponsible with your loved ones. One incident left my mother in the ER. Please save yourself and your family the pain of this inhumane place. I wish I never brought my mother here and still feel guilty about the time she spent here.

“Nutrition is at the heart of our overall well-being… They become familiar with their preferences and then craft their menus around those” is what they promote on their website however this is the menu. Last night was a hotdog served without a side of vegetables and that’s the second time it was on this menu this month. If you’re diabetic or simply want low sugar options then you’re completely out of luck here. If you’re vegetarian/vegan for health or religious reasons they don’t care and won’t offer anything other than a grilled cheese or a plain salad even though those both severely lack any nutritional value. I’ve seen people with dementia be allowed to eat sugar packets by the handfuls and residents beg for a vegetable at meals. If eating is part of your daily routine I highly recommend not going here.
