Neglect, Poor Service, and Deteriorating Standards: A Facility in Crisis The dining room has become a glaring example of managerial incompetence and blatant disregard for residents' well-being. The food quality is consistently atrocious, and the repetitive lack of variety reflects a gross indifference to basic nutritional standards. Happy hour, which should be a time for residents to enjoy, is a complete failure—white wine, scotch, and other beverages are consistently unavailable, alongside a disappointing lack of basic dining items in the dining room. The chronic understaffing and staff rudeness, has rendered the dining experience an exercise in futility, with overburdened staff unable to meet even the most fundamental expectations. Despite the countless surveys and feedback provided, conditions have not only stagnated but have deteriorated with each passing month, leaving residents feeling both abandoned and voiceless. Equally reprehensible is the profound lack of professionalism among the caregiving and nursing staff. Communication is virtually non-existent, with phone calls routinely ignored, leaving families in an intolerable state of anxiety and frustration. Basic care, such as ensuring residents receive scheduled showers, is frequently neglected, jeopardizing their health and violating essential care standards. This ongoing dereliction of duty has driven numerous residents to seek superior alternatives elsewhere, tarnishing the facility's reputation and making it an undesirable choice for discerning families.

Atria is an excellent place for seniors, the food is excellent the staff is fanatics everyone is polite. Maintenance, Receptionist and driver are all top notch. Coming here is the best decision I have made. Everybody goes above and beyond the call of duty!
