Super friendly and kind staff. All are committed to keeping residents happy, healthy and safe. It’s clear that everyone enjoys their position, and Terrific communication, always answering my many questions, as well as solving difficult issues concerning my mother’s transition. A large variety of food options in a pleasant restaurant-style environment. Snack choices are available throughout the day. (Clearly, the residents are well-fed as they enjoy quality time dining and conversing with fellow friends.) Activities offered are plenty. The activity directors are amazing, with great energy and enthusiasm during residents’ time in session. My family is very pleased and COMFORTED having Arbor Terrace’s staff keeping everyone Happy and Social. One negative is that I feel the facility could monitor visitors more closely upon arrival. I have walked right past Check-in station and monitor more than a few times.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Arbor Terrace in Lakeway, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this senior living community. While I haven't lived there personally, my tour and interactions with the staff left me with no doubt that this is an exceptional place for seniors. As a local real estate agent, I help many of my clients as they downsize and I am thrilled to have found Arbor Terrace. First and foremost, the staff at Arbor Terrace is truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. The team here is not only highly professional but also incredibly warm and compassionate. They take the time to get to know each resident and their families, creating a genuine sense of community and care. It's evident that they are deeply committed to the well-being and happiness of the residents. The dining experience at Arbor Terrace is something to rave about. The food is not your typical "senior living" fare; it's restaurant-quality cuisine that's both delicious and nutritious. The culinary team deserves special recognition for their creativity and attention to detail. They cater to various dietary needs and preferences, ensuring that everyone can enjoy a satisfying meal. What truly sets Arbor Terrace apart is their wide range of programs and activities for residents at all levels of care. They have tailored programs to meet individual needs. It's remarkable to see how they promote engagement, socialization, and overall well-being among their residents. During my visit, I had the chance to witness the strong sense of community and camaraderie among the residents. The staff goes above and beyond to create a vibrant and inclusive environment where residents can thrive and make meaningful connections. Arbor Terrace in Lakeway is an exceptional senior living community that clearly prioritizes the comfort, happiness, and overall quality of life of its residents. If you're looking for a place that combines exceptional staff, gourmet dining, and an array of enriching programs, Arbor Terrace is definitely worth considering. While I may not have lived there personally, my visit left me with a profound impression of the care and dedication that define this wonderful community.

My mom has lived in Arbor Terrace Lakeway since Feb, 2024. I wanted to wait several months before submitting a review to see how my mom settled in. My mom is currently living in the Assisted Living side, but due to the progression of her dementia and mobility issues, we are going to move her over to the Bridges Memory care side. I cannot say enough good things about the director, Penny Reider and the staff. They are all compassionate and professional about their jobs. Teresa and Alex were wonderful helping get my mom settled when she first arrived. Dana and Stacey work very hard to have lots of fun events, exercise, movies, and games for the residents in Assisted Living. We love the front desk workers, Mel, Penne, Kathy, and Daya because they are so helpful with any questions and really try to get answers. My mother loves all the aides and med techs. They are wonderful - too many to name. I also have a camera in my mom's room and the couple times I watched the staff were very kind and helpful with her. They really care!! That is one of the differences with Arbor Terrace, the amount of good staff and aides they have to help the residences is more than most other facilities we have visited or heard about. The maintenance director, Rich, is amazing and really gets things done. The cleaning crew are great and the facilities are very clean. My mom loves the food and we ate there for a couple of special events. The mother's day meal was fabulous and the staff made us feel like we were in a fancy restaurant. Tim the chef is amazing and his staff are the best! Most of the other residents really enjoy being there which makes my mom feel like she surrounding by good people. Penny came up with a plan to have my mom transition to the memory care side during the day to meet other residents and feel comfortable before moving her room there. Donna and Andrea make it real fun and engaging on the memory care side for the residents. My mom said she doesn't mind going over to memory care, which is huge. Once a month, Lori (director of memory care) and Penny hold a support group for family members of residents with memory issues. I find this support group really helpful to learn more about how I can better support my mom.

This facility has been a blessing. We moved my mother with severe dementia from CA and she has settled in great! Everyone is so friendly and the place is very clean with activities that keeps it fun.
