Jill Rittigar Unless you have "Senior Helpers," a tenant in "Independent Living" at the care facility can walk away without alternate means of transportation. I spoke with Aunt Jill, a tenant in Independent Living at the care facility. She is showing signs of early dementia. Today she told me her phone number over the phone. Her house is being sold. After I spoke to her, I receive a call that she has walked away from the retirement facility. They less than 4 miles from her house. I expressed that I was upset that she could just walk away from the facility and could not receive alternate means of transportation back to her home at 5:00 PM. If you're at this facility, it is your job and responsibility to keep track of tenants. I am upset that this occurred. And hope that the staff are aware of what the tenants are doing especially if they walk out the front door.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Rachel, the Marketing Director at Arbor Landing in Surfside. Her love and care for the residents truly shine through in everything she does. You can feel her passion for her work in every interaction, and it's clear she goes above and beyond to make sure each resident feels valued and cared for. Rachel’s dedication is simply impeccable, and it makes Arbor Landing a truly special place.

We moved my mom into Arbor Landing over two years ago. We couldn’t have picked a better independent living facility! The place is beautiful with modern updated apartments and facilities! The people, and I mean “all” the people are wonderful! Rachel Wiley who heads up sales is the most thoughtful and genuinely kindest person you’re ever going to meet! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who searching for a place for mom, dad or even yourself!

I can not say enough great things about this community! Attention to detail! They have thought of everything here! Beauty, cleanliness, hospitality, safety, entertainment, but most importantly the uplifting environment hosted by a first class staff! My mother is so happy here at Arbor Landing at Surfside! Rachel instantly made me feel at home and guided me through every detail of the move here for my mom. What a professional! The director Anita, and the office manager, Barbara are fantastic and their love for the residents are very evident. Having experience with other senior facilities, I must say that Arbor Landing at Surfside is number one!
