Buyers beware! Apple springs starts out as a nice place as long as you dont burden them with any requests. recently my grandmother has been getting refused assistance to doctor appointments. Refused assistance in picking up medications from pharmacy. she had to call 911 for herself recently, thankfully she ended up being ok. She is still capable of driving, but not when ill. So asking for someone to pick up medication just 5 minutes away is part of there required contractual obligation. The cost of staying there is not cheap, over $3k a month. She has been there over 2 years now. You do the math. This place is starting to become one of those abusive horror stories you see in the news.

My Father has been in Apple Springs for the last year. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The building is new and everything is in good working order. The facility has plenty of activities and is located near the major shopping and hospital facilities.
