Jacob gave us a tour for my mom who was needing respite care. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as he reviewed all American House had to offer. The apartments were a good size and offered all the comforts of home and then some.

My tour of this facility was one of the most welcoming and professional I've ever had. When I stepped through the door, a welcome sign with my name on it was the first things I saw. The staff who greeted me and showed me around were genuinely friendly, caring, and knew their residents: While we were waiting for an elevator, my tour guide greeted guests by name, asked about their pets (who she also knew by name) and that was impressive. The facility is spotless and in excellent condition. Numerous residents were engaged in activities and conversations in various gathering places. I recommend that you consider American House Westland Joy for yourself or a loved one.

What a wonderful experience working with the staff at American House Westland Joy. Tabitha, Jacob and Asia were welcoming and so helpful in making our decision to move to assisted living. The building is clean, decorated nicely and spacious. Looking forward to taking part in the community activities and making new friends.

I came to visit my Grandparents and brought my two children, their great grandchildren, with me. We played bingo, ate a very nice dinner and then enjoyed the Broadway entertainment and music! We had a wonderful time! Thank you for having us!
