Amber Glen

It was difficult to decide on the right fit for my mom. I had so many questions. Would they be flexible on her difficult days and engaging on her good days? Would her needs be met with patience, understanding, and knowledge of her disease? Would they offer stimulating activities that she could choose to join? Amber Glen answered my questions every day and the answers were “Yes.” AG has provided a loving, caring, professional, and safe environment for my mom. As a family/staff team, we all work together to support her the best we can. Days aren’t perfect. There are ups and downs but I trust Amber Glen to their very best for my mom. I have also benefitted from their support group for caregivers.

I am very proud to work for Amber Glen! The most fulfilling part of my role as Community Resource Director is seeing the peace we bring families as they watch their loved ones thrive in our community through our outstanding Meaningful Moments programming. I get emotional when families that have been the sole caregivers share the relief they have in their hearts knowing their loved ones are safe and living a life of purpose. Releasing the burden of caregiving allows families to enjoy time with their loved ones, embracing each precious day.
