I visited this place and i come in to do a sitter/companion job with a resident/friend that lives here. I have experienced and seen how friendly and hard working the staff are and especially Joanna one of the caregivers is very helpful and goes above and beyond. Now when it comes to management, well the Executive Director Al cares alot about the residents and employees. He goes about and beyond and he helps in residents rooms, helps in kitchen, helps with the caregivers. I recommend this place to anyone wanting their loved ones to live here. Added note is that the apartments are very nice, the kitchen and bathroom are very spacious.Great food as well

We moved my mother into the Memory Care unit at Alexis Pointe a couple of months ago. We have been very pleased with the love and care she has received. The caregiver truly are so patient and kind and truly try to give the best of care they possibly can. Moving your loved one into Memory Care is an excruciatingly difficult decision to make but Alexis Pointe is there to help you all through the process.

As an owner of a private care company we help our clients on many levels. Being able to assist in making their home safe and comfortable as they age in place is Imperative but when the time comes to make a move we partner with the best communities and with the community comes its staff. Parker Mayland at Alexis Pointe is amazing. He is knowledgeable about his product but has such a positive way about helping families make big decisions for their loved one’s possible new home. I don’t hesitate to have my clients call him because I know he will do what is right for the family. Parker is a valuable partner and is why our relationship is essential in supporting our families in the hill country!

As a professional coming in from the community, I have been really impressed with Alexis Pointe. The administrative staff, and the caregiving staff, are all very caring and it really shows that they have their residents best interest at heart. I highly recommend this facility and if I had a loved one that needed an assisting living or memory care, I would not hesitate to send my loved one here!
