Extremely rude staff! I can’t stress this enough! For the lady Otp who rudely hung up on me before I completed my sentence and now will not answer the phone, let me remind you…. you represent a company and the company success and everyone you encounter over the phone or in person is a potential client either now or in the future. You have ruined your reputation with me personally. I feel strongly that I would never rent an apartment from you and your establishment that you represent. in addition, I would never recommend you or Your establishment to anyone, in fact, I would advise them against it if I were ever asked. Lady, you are a huge Disappointment as a representative, You should be ashamed Of your work ethic and poor personality. It would be the best interest of your company to let you go. You would be best Not being the first contact and ambassador For someone else’s company that they worked so hard to achieve and maintain.

This facility could be a great place for ‘ACTIVE SENIORS’ but they are allowing seniors who are not active and really belong in an assisted care facility. The walk path trail is awesome, the apts. are ok but very cheap appliances (refrigerators have no ice maker), everything is very cheap. But we make due with what we have.

This place is corrupt, dishonest and venal management companies out to screw you; They abrogate the contract you signed with your GRANDMA and just hold it in your face like you signed grandma's life awaywhen it was all smiles and what we wanted to hear. Trying to find how to break her out also she can live happier years!!

My mother is, "living her best life,.". Affinity has numerous activities and she constantly has friends popping in to visit. John and Kailee are unbelievably kind. Mother loves it here!!!
