Affinity at South Hill

As a newly married(Senior) couple we are delighted to have Ann back. Her presence makes such a managerial difference to the South Hill Community. Her long term experience is palpable and needed.Ann's office has an open door for all residents living here, feeling welcome; where we can bring complaints and suggestions. She is critical to this community's success.

Anne has been wonderful throughout our planned move within the complex. She helped to keep the stress level down. I am very grateful for her help.

Moved into Affinity South Hill 2 weeks ago. I am very happy with my apartment and the staff and residents are so helpful and friendly. A great place to live.

Thank you Affinity for the 11 years my mother lived at the South Hill location. I want to thank the office team. They are kind, supportive, helpful, and responsive. Both were instrumental in assisting me with transitioning my mother into a living situation where she gets additional care. I want to ESPECIALLY highlight Ann Riddle. She listened to me through many tears, guided me through the process, was kind and caring, and I certainly would not have handled this transition very well without her care. Ann is a Huge asset to Affinity. She is knowledgeable, she cares about the residents, she is an outstanding wonderful person and represents Affinity amazingly.
