Affinity at Fort Collins

I have been at Affinity a year and have had a great experience and call this place home. The staff and residence are wonderful and it feels like family. I feel like I’m on a cruise ship with so many amenities & things to do. My family & friends love to come visit. We have watched a movie in the theater and swam & played water volleyball in the pool. The jacuzzi is a hit also. I’ve hosted picnic & BBQ in the outdoor grill area & several dinners in the dining room or bar. Everyone is so impressed with the beautiful facility as well as the warm & welcoming atmosphere. The staff is wonderful and take such care of the operation of things in our facility. My Affinity Family is special and offer greetings, smiles or a warm hug. I really need to retire and enjoy more play time and events with my Affinity Family of Fort Collins.

Affinity at Fort Collins has been our home for over 5 years. We loved our experience with friendly neighbors and awesome staff while there. We recommend it for anyone aged 55+ who love many activities i.e., swimming, exercise room, woodworking, cards, crafts, games, family room, and pub. And, small pets are welcome with their own groom room and playground!

This is the first place I looked at and was so amazed & impressed by the staff. Ramona & Jonathan were so Kind, Helpful, Professional and I felt like they were family from the moment I walked in the door and said to myself “This feels like Home”. Ramona took her time with me as we toured this beautiful facility. I knew immediately that this was the place for me and hoped all would work out. Ramona & Jonathan helped me with each step and within the week I was signing a lease! I’m so grateful! I’ve met so many lovely people . So kind, helpful and caring. Each person I’ve met has only good things to say about the staff here and how happy they are here and tell me I’m going to love it here. They are right!!! I’ve attended several events and this is my first week here. I tell my friends when they ask how I like living at Affinity …”Well I liken it to a Cruise Ship, without an ocean !” What a wonderful community Affinity of Fort Collins has created. I love the pianos that have recently arrived as residents have donated. I plan to play on the Baldwin upright donated by Tom & his dear wife . Also a gorgeous baby grand just arrived the other day! This truly is a healing place for me in so many ways! God Bless you - AFFINITY!

I signed the lease to move into Affinity on September 5th and thoroughly enjoy everything that is here. Jonathan and Shelby and Kia are the managers and they are always so welcoming. There are so many amenities here including a pickleball court, indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi , a work out room, a wood shop, a pub room, card rooms, craft room, a theater room, comfortable walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and much more.
