Affinity at Copperleaf

I live here! Lucky me! My garden plot produced 50+ tomatoes!!! Yummy...Great pool; my living room with my baby grand!

It is great now that I can lock my balcony door properly. Our maintenance guys, Steve and Eric, were on the job quickly and efficiently.

I just moved in at the beginning of Sept., moving from a large home to be closer to family. I am super happy with my decision. My dogs are allowed and I feel very safe walking them, even at night as the complex is lighted so well. Very clean and maintenance is super. The secure building is also very nice. The complex is a mix of ages and everyone has been very nice. I love how close everything is and my apartment feels So roomy! Can’t go wrong. UPDATE 2 1/2 years later! Still in same apt! Have been very happy to make my home here. Love taking grandchild to the pool and make our yearly garden in community garden area. Still feel very safe walking dog, even at night with all the outside lighting. Great place to live.

This community and apartment are wonderful! My mountain view is incredible. Neighbors are quiet, making for a peaceful daily life. My kitchen is full sized! So many cabinets! The 8 foot ceiling means the top of the cabinets is reachable. The Frigidaire microwave has a quieter buzz than most. The dishwasher is quieter, too. I love my kitchen! The bathroom has lots of cabinets and drawers. The stacked washer and dryer are quieter as well. There’s a nice pantry where I put lots of stuff, including my folded cart and vacuum cleaner. The bedroom closet is nice and long. With all of the storage space in my apartment, a walk-in isn’t necessary. I have a king-sized bed and it fits easily with room to spare in my approximately 600 square foot apartment. The location is good, surrounded by a nice neighborhood of new homes. It’s so pleasant to walk my dog around the building. There’s a dog park where she likes to sniff the big rocks for boys. The garden is beautiful with lots of flowers and vegetables. It makes Affinity more of a home. Affinity at Copperleaf’s management and residents organize many events. There’s always something going on. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly and respectful. There’s an indoor pool and inviting jacuzzi, with showers and lockers. There’s a wood shop that I plan to use, a big craft room and a pub with English atmosphere. Also, a computer and coffee room. Residents are so friendly. There’s an atmosphere of contentment that I didn’t find at my last senior apartment building, which was a high-rise in Denver.
