Affinity at Burlington

Absolutely love living here! I was very hesitant at first, coming from another apartment complex, I was alone much of the time, and only getting to know a few people. But moving to the Affinity in Burlington,Wa was a game changer. I was pleasantly delighted just how different Affinity could be. My fellow residents and staff welcomed me and helped me feel relaxed. The staff is super friendly and will help you however they can. You hear it all the time, An apartment complexes will say things like, “welcome to your new home”. Living here, I feel like it’s much more than a “new home”, my fellow residents, make living here, feel like you’re a part of a family where people help each other and are happy to be a part of each others lives. I am very happy that I moved to the Affinity in Burlington, I enjoy meeting with fellow residents and becoming friends with so many people, I looks forward to living with my new friends for years to come.

Staff here are great! They're always helpful and friendly. They made sure there was space for my moving truck, left a lovely welcoming gift bag for ne and my cat, helped me set up my TV on their network. They're always available to answer questions or help. The building is new and both buildings and landscaping are very well maintained. I'd recommend this facility to anyone looking for independent senior housing.

It has been our pleasure to live in 3 Affinity Communities . Bellingham, WA., Arlington, WA and now our "forever home" Burlington, WA. We have moved around quite a bit during our 57 yrs of marriage because of jobs and know a great place when we see it! The facility is beautiful, the opportunities are bountiful, the staff is just amazing. We have had alot of experiences moving to a new place and this Affinity was and is just a delight. The move was smooth and welcoming our apartment was 100% perfect. We feel just gratitude and "at home." A word about the staff. We have worked with Lilly before and she is truly a wonderful person to deal with. We feel so cared for and it is a joy to see her anytime she is at this Affinity. Morgan is so hardworking and is tireless in her efforts. Always ready to listen and has excellent follow through. Alicia took us through a 8 month period before we were able to move in. Who does that?!! Alicia is kind, thoughtful, fun, informative, patient and helpful. Can you tell "We love Alicia" Alicia is a person filled with compassion, joy and always goes the extra mile for all of the people here. I can't wait to see what is next with her. Alicia has spent a lot of time with us and we really consider her a friend. Michael, John and Don are just great in every area of the building, problem-solving and very professional. We feel as if we have fallen into a whole group of friends. We love it here!!

We moved here from the Affinity @ Boise and had lived at the Affinity @Bellingham but this is the best. The staff has been super friendly, helpful, knowable, professional in each of there areas of expertise. Alicia handled all out real estate, leasing and contract issues in a timely and efficient, professional manner. Annabelle handled all the coordination of getting our car unloaded from the car carrier and caring for it until we arrived 2 weeks later. She also made sure all the I’s were dotted and T’s on my contract and checks .As well she has reserved guest room for use and has organized the process.She is very professional, personable and helpful. Don has handled all maintenance needs and is versatile and knowledgeable in all the trades required to keep the facility well maintained. Chelsea has done a wonderful job in keeping the entire facility clean and the coffee machine working. Among her many tasks is taking care of the guest room which is always spotless. Morgan has done a great job in overseeing the entire operating and pushing special requests through corporation headquarters Can’t ask for a better team . Richard & Guo
