Affinity is a great place for retired but still active seniors. Great friendships, always plenty of activities, and their maintenance is always prompt and are the best. The whole staff has been very accommodating for me in the 3 years I’ve been here.

We are residents of another affinity and stayed here in the guest suite. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. I am sensitive to fragrances and they were very accommodating about washing the sheets and towels in a fragrance-free detergent and not using dryer sheets. Bobbie and Jason, the director and maintenance respectively, were both very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Above cost for apartments that are older. Average nothing spectacular. Extremely disappointed with the cable. Was provided with a sheet telling me that I would receive all the channels. What a joke! 85% are sales (not interested) 5% Spanish (I don't speak or understand Spanish) and at least 7% not available in area or it's a channel you have to purchase. So all toll you may have 3% (approximately 5 channels) that are decent the rest are useless. Spending my hard earned money on something I can't use is rather irritating. I would rather have a choice of whether or not I wanted cable.

Great place to live. I moved here almost 2 weeks ago. The staff is curious and professional. The people I have met are friendly and very helpful. I am so glad I am here.
