ActivCare Yorba Linda is a residential memory care community, assisted living that specializes in care for those with Alzheimer's or related dementias. Our community is purpose-built for memory care. We offer a spectrum of living options and three levels of memory care. We are Memory Care Experts and are dedicated to enhancing life for those with memory loss. Our specialty trained professional caregivers engage residents in meaningful activities and provide a lively and social community where our residents can thrive. Licensed nurse support is on-site 7 days a week.

My mother is thriving and is so happy. It is a true family. Stevie was our sales coordinator and a true gem. She is so sweet and genuine. She helped guide us through the process with my Mom and so caring. I would give a hundred thousand stars if I could. Love you all at Sunrise Yorba Linda.

My Dad has been a resident at ActivCare Yorba Linda for about 8 months. It is a fun, caring and warm environment. It feels more like a large home rather than a memory care facility. I felt horrible having to put him in a care facility, but he always seems happy, well cared for and has become a true part of the community. Luckily he's sweet and easy-going so I think that makes him so lovable. The staff always seem to be smiling and happy to see him. I love the homey ambience of the facility. It's beautifully decorated and painted with gorgeous murals. I know he's well loved and cared for there!

ActivCare is a top notch memory care facility with a staff that continually exceeds expectations. I am so grateful to have my mom being cared for by such an experienced, kind and understanding group of professionals. The environment is beautiful and calm. I receive regular communication from the staff on how my mom is doing which gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend ActivCare!

I’m very pleased with the care my husband is receiving at ActivCare at Yorba Linda memory care facility. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The patients have daily scheduled activities and entertainment. I feel they have gone beyond my expectations to relax my husband and gain his trust.
